Take a Pain Check Foundation - Sponsorship and Grant Coordinator (Virtual Volunteer Position)

Position Overview

Take a Pain Check Foundation, a youth-led non-profit supporting young individuals with rheumatic diseases, seeks a dedicated Sponsorship and Grant Coordinator to help secure funding and sponsorships.

This remote role offers a flexible schedule and is suitable for families, groups, and youth volunteers. A minimum one-year commitment is required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research and Identify Funding Opportunities

- Locate potential sponsors and grant providers that align with the foundation’s mission.

- Assess eligibility criteria and application processes.

- Develop and Maintain Relationships

- Build and sustain strong relationships with sponsors and grant organizations.

- Provide progress reports and acknowledge sponsor support.

- Prepare Sponsorship & Grant Proposals. Develop compelling proposals that highlight the foundation's mission, objectives, and the impact of support.

- Manage Grant Applications & Funding.

- Oversee the application process to ensure timely submissions and compliance.

- Track expenditures and submit reports to grant providers.

- Plan and Execute Sponsorship Events.

- Organize events that engage sponsors and promote the foundation.

- Coordinate event logistics and outreach efforts.

- Maintain Records & Evaluate Success

- Keep detailed records of sponsorships, grants, and financial reports.

- Assess the effectiveness of sponsorships and grants to improve future efforts.

- Background Checks:
- Intervention Record Check (formerly known as Child Welfare Check)
- Police Check
- References
